Refund Policy

At EliteWash Power Washing, customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. While we strive to provide high-quality power washing services, we understand that issues may arise. Below is our refund policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Customers may request a partial or full refund under the following conditions:

✅ Service Not Completed – If we are unable to complete the power washing service due to an issue on our end, you may receive a full refund.

✅ Dissatisfaction with Service – If you are not satisfied with the service and notify us within 24 hours of job completion, we will:

  • First, attempt to re-clean the affected area.

  • If the issue persists and is a result of our workmanship, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

✅ Overpayment – If you were accidentally charged more than the quoted amount, we will issue a refund for the excess payment within 5 business days.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

❌ Change of Mind After Service Completion – If the job was performed as described and you later decide you no longer want the service, no refund will be issued.

❌ Pre-Existing Damage – We are not responsible for damage to surfaces that are weak, deteriorated, or improperly sealed before service. No refunds will be issued for damages outside our control.

❌ Missed Appointments & Late Cancellations – If you cancel within less than 24 hours or are not available at the time of service, you may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee, and no refunds will be issued.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at info@elitewashpowerwashing.com with the following details:

  • Full Name

  • Service Address

  • Date of Service

  • Reason for Refund Request

  • Photo Evidence (if applicable)

Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days, and approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

4. Disputes & Chargebacks

If a refund request is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate the issue by contacting our management at info@elitewashpowerwashing.com. We strive to resolve disputes professionally and fairly before any chargebacks are filed.
